panels. The following general types of sensory evaluation tests
can be conducted. Others can be conducted to meet more specific

panellists are screened for their sensory acuity,
trained on tasting principles and methods, and used to
describe test products in detailed sensory terms. |
| Consumers
panels, as referred to
here, have no experience of sensory analysis, are 'untrained'
and provide a hedonic reaction to the test products. |

project is individually tailored to meet your

benchmarking, descriptive or consumer tests, we
can organise the recruitment, screening, selection
and training of panellists.
